On September 4, 2025, local time, the Southeast Asia branch of the 3rd Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition opened at the Setia City Convention Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Zhang Yingchun, member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor of the Provincial People's Government, personally went to the exhibition to announce the opening of the exhibition.

The three-day exhibition, covering a total exhibition area of 6,000 square meters, brought together the world's top industry players, with over 90 leading global companies on display. Themed "High-End, Intelligent, Green - A New Generation of Construction Machinery, Mining Machinery, Emergency Equipment, and Engineering Vehicles," the exhibition focused on the latest developments in intelligent and green construction machinery, aiming to establish a new high ground for economic and trade cooperation between China and Malaysia, and even between China and ASEAN, and become a key platform for promoting infrastructure connectivity and industrial collaboration along the Belt and Road Initiative.
As a pioneer of "Hunan Intelligent Manufacturing", Sany Group made a stunning appearance with 9 equipment, including excavators, dump trucks, graders, heavy trucks, cranes, loaders, two-end loader and scissor-type work platforms and other star products, fully demonstrating its leading strength in intelligence and greenness, attracting the attention of many international buyers.

At the opening ceremony, Xiang Wenbo, Party Secretary, Rotating Chairman of Sany Group, and Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, delivered a speech as a representative of the participating companies. He stated that the Southeast Asia exhibition has become a "golden bridge" connecting Chinese smart manufacturing companies with the ASEAN market. As China and Malaysia embark on a new "Golden Fifty Years," Sany is committed to "joint consultation, joint construction, and shared benefits," and will provide more efficient equipment, lower-carbon solutions, and deeper local cooperation to help Malaysia become a new global hub for high-end manufacturing.

The Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition (CIE) Southeast Asia Branch has now been held for three editions.
